If you need to return an item for a refund, please note that all returns must be sent to our headquarters in the United Kingdom. This is necessary to ensure that each item is thoroughly inspected according to our return policy criteria.

REFUND INFORMATION
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@cali-life.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
INSPECTION & REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. We will send out the exchange item once the original item has been received and inspected.
